Manual Drainage question

Postby JacquieC » Sun Jul 15, 2007 4:28 pm

Can I do the Manual Drainage technique while I have my bandages on or do they need to be off for this?

Hi Jacquie :)

Whoa....the response got posted to the wrong question. :?: :!:

You should have the bandages off before doing the self MLD.

Don't forget to do the lymph node stimulation first - then the MLD
